Following is a Torah Portion Series dealing with family structure and function as defied by the Torah. For the tribes of Israel to be restored, we must begin from the ground up. Just yesterday, someone said to me, “Israel began as a man, he became a family and then they became tribes.”
The most basic building block is man, then family, then clans growing to tribes and finally a nation. What does that look like and what does the Torah actually teach on the matter?
