Two items I would like to update for my readers….

Earlier today, someone asked me for an update on the Rebovich Adoption that I previously wrote about.  The Rebovichs sent me a little info that I can pass along and I know they still have needs that we can contribute to, links in previous post.  Courtney wrote:

At this point we are at the hurry up and wait stage. All the preparations we can do on our end are complete. The room is ready (with the exception of a few minor things) for baby Rebovich, and we sit and ponder His word in the meantime. Consider Moshe-he was in an open adoption between mothers. Then consider Samuel, who also was in an open adoption. His mother visiting him year to year and bringing him a cloak each time (1 Samuel 2:19). We begin to read each story in the Bible with adoption themes now, and see how beautiful it is. After all, we are all adopted

into His family and given a new name-Israel. We learn the language, customs, holidays of our family and this is an experience I can liken it to.

We are $10,000 in and waiting. We are applying for grants, and thankful for the friends and family (some we don’t even know) who have given. Roughly, we have received $3000 which is amazing. Those who have been on the waiting list the longest are the first to be presented to prospective mothers. We have been through the approvals and now wait to be matched to the right mother. We are anxious and not anxious at the same time because Nick and I want it to be the right one. This isn’t wanting just the child available today–we have learned from our Father Abraham that it should be in His time and it will be right. Feeling this is a child in our old age, even though we are only 36/37, makes us want it today. It will be worth the wait and it is in His hands.

So, we are awaiting our match made in heaven and look forward to His grand plan.

Second item…

I shared my excitement about the upcoming documentary about the incredible Torah Awakening happening throughout Christendom.  The Kickstarter Campaign is almost over, but there is still time to help make this an even better production!!  The original goal of $12,500, set by Director and Producer, Luke and Kayte has been well exceeded allowing them to significantly upgrade the final product, due out in late Spring. But, we can still press in a little more.

I can’t wait!!  Looking forward to seeing this the first time!  My hope is that it will be a dynamic tool for helping to share the story of this move of the Spirit in our day that will accelerate the restoration of all things.
