Regretfully, I missed the celebration this year…  I won’t next year, though my celebration may look a little different than the prevailing culture!!

Yesterday, good friend and tipster, Travis Hughey, shared a terrific article with me about who the REAL Patrick was, and he was NOT the man of the ‘St. Patrick Mythology.’  You can read the article for yourself as it is fairly short, but the claims are worthy of further research!!  Here are the salient details!

• Patrick was not, nor ever claimed to be connected to the Roman Catholic Church or any Bishop from Rome!
• Patrick was much closer to the later Scots-Irish Presbyterians, though he would be rejected by them today and embraced by Messianics!! #Ireland #whoreofbabylon #stpatrick
• Patrick was GREAT in the Kingdom!
• He kept and taught the Sabbath, Feasts and ate clean!!

In typical fashion, 250 years after his death, the Roman Catholic Church co-opted his church by rewriting history and claiming him as their own.  Typical lying from the whore of Babylon!!

Read more about the real Patrick, who would have eschewed the title of ‘Saint,’ in the Roman Catholic sense, and embraced the Biblical sainthood of all believers in Yeshua who keep His ways!

So, ‘St.’ Patrick’s Day has nothing to do with green beer, luck, leprechauns, snake wrangling or any other excuse for debauchery!  Rather, Patrick should be remembered as one who was used by the King to teach truth in Ireland and bring many into the kingdom, while rejecting a good bit of the antisemitic theology that was creeping into the faith once delivered.
