Due to Coronavirus challenges, you may want to plan a little farther ahead for Pesach/Passover.
A couple really quick ideas to make it special:
Order some Israeli wine from Skyview Wines in NY!! If you can’t be ‘in the Land,’ why not bring the Land to you? We have ordered multiple bottles of favorites from Har Bracha as well as a couple other Israeli wineries. (Personal favorite, for several reasons, is Jozef.)
Check out this post from several years ago that has a bunch of great recipes for Pesach and the week of Unleavened. Lots of mouth watering pictures, too!! Be creative and have FUN!
If you want lamb, you may want to start looking now, or call a few meat markets to see if they are going to have any or can get you some. Our local groceries are out of ‘specialty meats’ and not planning on getting any in the near future. We have found a couple possible sources in a wider circle, but may have to order online if we are determined to have lamb instead of another meat.
If you are quarantined, consider using some time to write your own Seder.
Make it special! Not necessarily fancy, but this can be an unforgettable Pesach! Make it so!
