Well I guess I don’t have to tell you that the whole subject of “culture” has been on my brain. I’ve been reading different things, and stumbling upon various videos and documentaries in the attempt to settle some things and form a more complete picture in my mind and spirit. One thing, among others, has become clear to me. The powers that be have used “twisted scripture” to shape our “Christian culture” throughout history. We have picked up and clung to some pretty putrid baggage over the last several thousand years. But here’s the catch, the newsflash…we can drop it at anytime! We can choose a different (old?) culture that is in line with the newly revealed truths we are embracing! Easy? Maybe not, but totally worth it IMO!
