The Kindle Edition, free to Kindle Unlimited participants or $3.49 otherwise, makes the book available without the high cost of shipping overseas. I have had multiple requests from various parts of the globe and am very glad that this terrific volume can be in their hands for reference and loaning.

We read and enjoyed, “Ten Parts in the King” in paperback form. We both already read so much online that when reading a book, we both still prefer the good old fashioned, hold in our hands book form, where we turn the pages. We also like to read out loud to one another and discuss as we read. We also still enjoy reading newsletters and newspapers in hand and out loud, but again we both do read plenty online in blogs, e-mails, and social media. I know plenty of folks that do like the kindle edition and hopefully you guys will sell millions. Toda rabba!
