This Ger issue, Pete, is completely off beam. However, it suits the two contending sides in this way to remain APART from each other whereas HaShem wants to make them ONE in His Hand (Ezek. 37) with no further vexing and hassling of each other (You know the Scriptures). The Ephraimites and Yosephites do NOT want to be ONE with Judah, and Judah does NOT want to be ONE with Ephraim, destining them to ‘2nd rate citizenship’ with a ‘Ger’ theology. Every Scripture (in the some 16,000 words about thuis in Tanach, speaks of ONENESS. Yet Yospehites insist on keeping themselves apart and Judah will not exonerate them above that of 2nd class citizens.
It surely is a “Narrow Gate” to this re-united Kingdom and few seem to find the Entrance and the correct Entry documents. This is one good reason why you should send some of your leadership to the COI Reconciliation Conference In Jerusalem at Shavuot. Refer http://coi-recon.org/events

The ger issue is indeed complex and will not be easily solved. Neither the rabbinic, nor the Christian/Messianic perspective have all the answers.
Regarding you upcoming conference, thank you for the invitation, but we had multiple representatives in the room last year at Shavuot for the COY event that was promised to be even handed and free of proselytizing. We were quite disappointed that some of your leaders quickly and openly began promoting conversion and multiple Jewish speakers did nt stay to hear counterpoints, but said their bit and left. Unfortunately, there was not mutual respect shown and the underlying message was conversion or nothing.
I am sorry to say that I cannot in good conscience promote COI, the rebranded COY with pretty much the same players. Disappointing.
Father is taking care of this and we are waiting on His solution and Him to bring forth brokers willing to dialog.
I do apologize for the frank-ness, but you you deserve to know.
