Here is a video teaching sure to challenge almost every religious tradition you’ve ever accepted…  I do not agree with the presenter on everything, but we would agree on about 90+% of what he presents.  My thoughts on where we differ after the video.

This video was made a couple years ago and only recently posted on YouTube.  In the video he refers to wanting to write a book with a similar title…  Well, it is due to be released in 8 or 9 months.  I look forward to it in order to have the written discussion so I can process some of his thoughts further.

As to his discussion on Yeshua’s relationship with the Father, I see much more connection between the Father and Yeshua as evidenced in the Who Is… series I did a couple months ago.  Certainly, I agree with the presenter that Yeshua did NOT come to start a new religion or to direct people away from Yahweh’s Instructions (Torah).

Judaism struggles with the idea of a Divine Messiah, and our Father will have to straighten that out.  For Christians, we need to really understand the centrality of the Torah in everything that Yeshua taught and was/is!  I liken it to us being on opposite sides of the road with the narrow path between.  Christianity has the Messiah, but is lawless; Judaism is Lawful, but without the Messiah.  The narrow way is right in between…  Revelation 12:17; 14:12!!

There is much material in here to process and wrestle with as we UNlearn the false traditions inherited from our fathers.  I pray you take the time and then comment on your thoughts on this thread…
