Tzav “Command” 2014

The Torah Portion thread for this week (up late, promise to do better next week) is open.

Torah: Leviticus 6:8-8:36

Haftorah: 1 Samuel 15:2-34

Gospels: Mark 7:31-9:1

Also, this week, many are focused on Purim and the Book of Esther.  I will have a post up in a day or two with some things the Father has been showing me…  Ephraim.  Judah, the church…  Interesting eschatological shadows.

Please share thoughts, insights, ‘ah-ha’s, etc..

  1. Maruanda says:

1Sam 15:24 …..because I feared the people and obeyed their voice. Isaiah 51:12 I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid of a man who will die, and of the son of a man who will be made like grass? Mark 8:38 For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.

May we be granted the fear of the Lord. May we choose the will and word and instructions of God above the threats and manipulation of people. For we are in this world but not of this world, we are set apart, holy, fearful in awe and willingly serving with a servant heart the Holy One of Israel. May we stand as Ephraim against the instruction of man and the world, because we are secure in our heritage, if you know where you come from, it is easy to know where you are heading, not merely searching and grasping at straws. A solid foundation of truth of the God of Abraham, Isaac and and Jacob is our cloud by day and our fire by night. And I will be their God and they shall be my people. Be Blessed.
