Shabbat in Jerusalem

After a very late night, last night, we began our morning slowly… after most had drifted out of beds and into the common area, we shared a

breakfast of boiled eggs, matzah, cheese, olives and charoset. We then decided to take a walk around the neighborhood.

Greg, Silas and I were armed with cameras while Pieter had his bird watching binoculars and guide for Israeli birds. I took many pics of flowers and a few butterflies as we walked a large part of the moshav.

After our walk we all shared a lunch of leftovers, avocados, matzah, charoset, etc… then decided to drive into Jerusalem to Independence Park

where a large group of Ephramires from all over the world were gathered for fellowship and worship. What a joy to to see many Congress participants again, but even more so to meet Brazilians, Mexicans, Guatemalans, Philipinos, Jordanians and New Zealanders.

James Block shared his beautiful worship music, accompanied by Heinz Suter on harmonica. We made more contacts and strengthened other relations, particularly in Europe.

Here are a few pics for your enjoyment.
