WARNING!! Kaduri, Sharon and Prophecy! **Updated!**

**Updated with links**  Also, some excellent comments below.

A quick post addressing the recent death of PM Ariel Sharon and the prophecies of R. Itzhak Kaduri…    More later.

In the coming days you will hear a great deal about the Kaduri prophecy of the soon return of Messiah after the passing of Ariel Sharon.  While I absolutely believe we are in incredibly rare air, prophetically speaking, we must be very cautious not to be caught in the hoopla that is going to be created.

Kaduri had some VERY interesting things to say, but he also spoke of the Messiah being on the earth already and would be one who worked through the media and had no political or military ambitions.  Those comments, covered in detail by Carl Gallups in his book, The Rabbi Who Found Messiah, immediately send up a red flag as my Bible says He will be seen by every eye at His coming, He will rule from Zion and do so with a rod of iron….  all being direct opposition to some of Kaduri’s comments.  (Confirmed in comments below.)

We do need to be very alert for a FALSE messiah at this time because the nations are desiring relief and the world is reeling under the shaking of Yahweh’s anger.

Understand VERY CLEARLY, there is NO rapture.  There is NO escape from the Tribulation.  The Body of Messiah WILL go through it.  I will assemble Scriptural support in the near future.  The quick answer is that Noah was ON the earth for the judgment by water.  He was protected and preserved by Yah, but he was not taken away.  Israel was IN Egypt when Yahweh judged by plagues and threw the Pharaoh into the lake of water (Red Sea), a picture of the antiMessiah being thrown into the Lake of fire.

Understand!  NO escapism.  That is completely unBiblical.

Also understand, prophecy in Scripture cannot be understood outside of a very good understanding of the Torah.  I say that in love, but as a student of prophecy, going back 30 years, I have learned and understood more in the last two years than in the previous years combined.  If you wandered in here from outside, I highly recommend you take a very hard look at understanding the Scriptures through the Hebraic mindset of those to whom Yahweh spoke.

In the coming days, I will also share some of my current thoughts on the timing of things to come, but it is, as all such ponderings are, somewhat speculative.

For the time being, I would advise being aware and awake, but very cautious with the craziness that will surround the death of PM Ariel Sharon and the prophecies of the late Rabbi Kaduri.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Sharon family and their recent loss.

More later.

AMEIN AMEIN! Thank you for writing about this! I’ve had some friends share with me about the prophecies surrounding the death of Ariel Sharon. An article I read quoted Kaduri and this part of the quote was immediately disturbing: ““The revelation of the Messiah will be fulfilled in two stages: First, he will actively confirm his position as Messiah WITHOUT KNOWING HIMSELF THAT HE IS MESSIAH. Then he will reveal himself to SOME Jews, not necessarily to WISE TORAH SCHOLARS. It can be even simple people. Only then he will reveal himself to the whole nation. The people will wonder and say: ‘What, that’s the Messiah?’ Many have known his name but have not believed that he is the Messiah.” (emphasis added; http://www.israeltoday.co.il/NewsItem/tabid/178/nid/23877/Default.aspx )

Blasphemy!!! If that is truly what Kaduri saw, and what he said he saw, then it sounds more like Kaduri had visions of the Anti-Messiah or False Prophet, than of the One True Savior and Messiah! Yahushua ha Mashiach KNOWS WHO HE IS and HE HAS KNOWN IT SINCE THE BEGINNING when HE created everything!

When He comes back, He will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of a chief messenger, and with the trumpet of Elohim…” (1 Thes 4:16). We’ll ALL hear that and He comes knowing who He is!

Ez 22:25 “There is a conspiracy of her prophets in her midst like a roaring lion tearing the prey. They have devoured lives; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made many widows in the midst of her.”

Thank you for your blog by the way – it’s truly inspiring. Would you believe that Yahuwah led me to your blog through another blog criticizing yours! A friend of mine disagreed with the Jim Staley “Truth or Tradition” video I had sent her (in explanation to why we’d come out of Christmas) and my friend replied with a link to blog she wanted me to read. Her blog link was a total Constantinian- New-Testament-Only-Church type of blog, and was criticizing the Hebrew Roots Movement, specifically one of your blog postings! There was a link to your blog and so I clicked the link to see what it was they were criticizing and I felt right at home and SO BLESSED as I read it, shouting “Halleluyah’s” and “Ameins” … so I signed up for yours! Haha! Thanks – Finally some spiritual meat in a world starved of the whole Word and whole Truth! Halleluyah!

Ahhh… I’m totally laughing at the last part of your post! That is funny. I think I know exactly where that came from and count it a blessing to have you aboard!!

Today’s Shabbat message will be posted in a bit on the DavarChaim.org website. I discuss Kaduri and Sharon a little, but more importantly, the significance of this portion and prophecy. you will enjoy.

As part of the message we talked a bit about persecution. We all get it/have it, but must count it all joy. Your note brings joy to my heart as it reminds me that Yeshua IS on the move and gathering His people, even if through difficult personal circumstances.

      Shalom and welcome.

to say dogmatically “there is no rapture” “there is no escapism” is not thorough biblical exegesis. Noah was on the earth through Gods judgement, I agree. Enoch was not on the earth he was taken in an instant. To assume Israel and the church are one identical people of God is also erroneous. There are blessings for disciples of the Messiah, Jesus, which do not apply to the Israelites. Jesus said even the least of His disciples is greater than John the Baptist!!! Sometimes the gentile church can forget the place God has for Israel in His heart but so too can the Jew forget the special way God loves the gentiles.

      Brian,

      Thanks for dropping in.

I stand by that comment. There is NO rapture!

There IS a gathering at the end… TO Jerusalem/Mt. of Olives/Zion, etc. That is what Scripture supports.

I would recommend taking time to wrestle with The Error of Dispensationalism. It will challenge you, but reveal holes in numerous parts of Christian theology.

Shalom and I pray blessing on you.

Thank you for the very gracious way in which you responded. I do not at all hold to a wooden dispensationalist theology. An honest reading of OT and NT scripture in my opinion will conclude there MAY WELL be a rapture, how when and for whom are impossible to be DOGMATIC about. To say “there is NO rapture” is to go beyond scripture in my opinion but as brothers in The Lord we shall agree to disagree until The Lord Himself reveals Himself in His good time. May the God of all grace richly bless you.

Amein, and thank you. Personally, I’d love to skip the Great Tribulation. I just don’t see that.

If however, I am proved wrong, that would be an awesome surprise. My very great concern is for those who are unprepared because they are expecting something that may well not happen.

Thank you for your graciousness and shalom!

BeautifulnBlessed. I agree with you. I would be very cautious. ‘That word’ is opposite of ‘The Word’. That could very well set the stage for unsuspecting people who do not know Y’shua. Yuhudah awaits Mashiach and if they don’t know the Truth may be greatly deceived. Just like the rest of the world wants someone to be the answer to all their problems. They may accept anyone . Thanks. You said it well.

I second B&B’s thoughts bc I have been reading the same things\approaches that He will supposedly return as. My fear is for those who don’t read their Bibles and are going to go after him bc they weren’t watching for the right version of Him and any version is going to fly.

Honestly, whole denominations and systems of theology have messed up eschatology because Christendom insists on imposing outside thought/Greek ideas on Scripture.

Yes, prophecy is challenging, until we bring a very Hebraic perspective.

In my experience, Christendom has two major thought groups as touching on prophecy, Reformed Theology and Arminian Dispensationalism.

Reformed theology approaches all prophecy from a spiritualized perspective that accepts almost nothing at face or literal value, yet most all fulfilled prophecy was done so in a very literal way. The LAST perspective I consider eschatologically is the Reformed one.

The Arminian (Baptistic crowd) is certainly much more tenable because they take a more literal approach, but the great error in dispensational thought is the dividing of the church and Israel, contrary to Scripture. There is no accounting for the House of Israel, just a lumping of ‘us’ and ‘them,’ and according to dispensationalist, God won’t deal with ‘them’ until He’s done with ‘us’ and has taken ‘us’ out of the way… So much for ‘one Body,’ ‘one Spirit,’ ‘one Bride,’ etc…

We had not heard anything that Kaduri said other than that after the passing of Sharon, Messiah would return. Those of us who know our Elohim will not be fooled. He must meet the criteria laid out by the Word.
His statements may indeed be leading up to the anti-messiah and a great deception,
nonetheless that tells us the lateness of the hour. We know that before our Messiah returns, the anti-messiah must be revealed
We must keep alert and grounded in the scriptures. These things must be. Thanks for the excellent post !
